Abstract (English): This paper investigates one aspect of the conflict between Medicine and Inquisition. It endeavours to elucidate the reasons for censuring the Spanish medical works which appear in the Inquisitorial Index elaborated in the 17th century. Moreover, it tries to determinate whether these reasons are effectively related to medical matters. For this purpose, the passages expurgated in the books and the inquisitorial trials of the works incriminated are examined. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
[ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
