| Abstract (English): |
This article focuses on the role of educational advisors (EAs) in preschool education as mediators between research and practice to promote a shared vision of inclusion. Inclusion is defined here as a dynamic principle that goes beyond physical integration, encompassing values of openness, welcome, diversity, as well as pedagogical practices adapted to the varied needs of children. The foundations of inclusion are presented from four perspectives: empirical, legislative, moral, and personal, highlighting its social and educational benefits as well as its mandatory and ethical nature. The article also proposes strategies to support exchanges with concerned parents and emphasizes the need for teamwork and collective commitment to make inclusion a concrete and enriching reality in preschool classrooms. | Abstract (French): |
[ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR] |
