The article discusses the author's view on sexual revolution in literature. According to the author, liberated sexual behavior and writing was perceived as a defeat for the bourgeoisie and their narrow values. The author also said that several writers sought to justify their treatment of sex in terms of a fashionable political philosophy, using the rhetoric of Marxism to describe their aims. |
