| Abstract: | An essay is presented on the code of privacy. Reflecting on the problem of privacy, the author believes that technology and the use of the Internet have made distribution of copyrighted material more difficult to control. Similarly, he describes how uncontrolled access to data about individuals and persons present both good and bad consequences. The principles of regulated traceability and regulated use of data are discussed. |
