| Abstract: | Radial artery pseudoaneurysm (RAP) is a rare but significant complication of transradial catheterization. While conservative management has traditionally been favored, there is growing interest in minimally invasive techniques for treating RAP, particularly in patients on anticoagulant therapy, which complicates both conservative and surgical approaches. This article presents a case demonstrating the use of covered stent via distal radial access (DRA) for treating RAP. The case involved a 56-year-old male with a history of anticoagulation and prior RAP treated surgically, who presented with a new RAP 5 months after coronary angiography. The patient was successfully treated with covered stent implantation via DRA, leading to complete thrombosis of the RAP without compromising radial artery flow. |
