| Abstract: |
The article discusses the identification of manager's patterns of management theory. The game "What's Your Theory?" is also discussed. The game developed through a series of studies involving managers and management students. Designs for manager attitude studies incorporate attitudes toward theories of management, personal philosophies of a manager, and attitudes toward management policies. Experts speculate that further studies in process and planning will seek to relate similarity of theory patterns with intramanagement communication, managerial influence, and management development programs. |
