| Abstract: |
The article presents news briefs on labor relations research in North America as of April 1955. Coverage of a report on arbitration research published on the "Industrial & Labor Relations Review" will be extended to include practitioners as well as students of arbitration. Two projects on collective bargaining have been completed by the International Association of Machinists Research Department. A series of industry studies on dispute settlement has been completed under the sponsorship of the government of Canada. The Labor-Management Commission of the National Conference of Christians and Jews has published three pamphlets on the subject of discrimination in employment. |
