| Abstract: | Completion rates in Australia's VET sector remain low for autistic adults despite rising enrolments. This systematic review synthesises 20 peer-reviewed studies and policy documents to examine systemic, institutional and pedagogical influences on completion. Fragmented disability funding, limited accountability, variable staff capability, inconsistent UDL implementation, and inflexible assessment practices emerge as key barriers. Coordinated reform, workforce development and sector-wide inclusive pedagogy are required to improve outcomes.
