| Description: | We report an 81-year-old man who presented with an ulcerated nodule on the anterior scrotum. Histological analysis identified this to be a cutaneous metastasis of previously treated prostate adenocarcinoma. We also reviewed the literature on cutaneous metastasis of visceral malignancies, as well as differential diagnoses for scrotal nodules and ulceration. |
