| Description: |
This is the second installment of our research on the Voynich Manuscript, expanding the theory introduced in the first paper. This study offers a new interpretation of the botanical section of the Voynich Manuscript. It argues that the distortions in plant morphology—such as oversized roots, leaves, or fruits—are not errors but a deliberate coding system. The enlarged plant part indicates the organ used in medieval medicine, effectively transforming the illustrations into visual pharmacological instructions. By embedding therapeutic knowledge in proportions rather than words, the manuscript functions as a non-linguistic code that integrates herbalism, astrology, and medieval pharmacology. Developed by Devid Kauler with research assistance from ChatGPT (OpenAI). |
