| Description: |
Our world is undergoing a constant technological evolution, promising to improve our lives and helping us solve daily problems. However, this very progress can create several disadvantages. As new features and functionalities become more complex, usability often suffers, creating a barrier between the newly created systems and their target audience. To bridge this gap, this project uses Artificial Intelligence (AI)’s Computer Vision to improve RUXAILAB, a web platform that allows developers to test the usability of their software. By integrating a model that discerns user emotions during tests, developers learn how intuitive or human-centered their product is. This user-friendly project combines a Vue.js front-end displaying user emotion graphs with a Flask back-end API running the developed model and processing the outputed data which then is stored and manged using Firebase. This provides developers with a clear picture of how users interact with the software on an emotional level. |
