India’s healthcare system faces issues with scattered and incompatible patient medical records. This leads to inefficiency, repeated tests, and poor access to patient history. This research suggests creating a centralized Aadhaar-based Electronic Health Record (EHR) platform that offers secure access based on roles for doctors, patients, and administrators. The major aim of this platform is to get access of all the medical history anytime anywhere just by using Aadhar number. The key innovation is to integrate AI in the platform that will predict and detect potential diseases of any individual by reviewing the medical history. This predictive approach can change healthcare from reacting to illnesses to preventing them. A structured questionnaire collected primary data from over 80 respondents, along with secondary data from government websites and academic sources.The survey showed strong support for the unified EHR idea. Most participants recognized and agreed that Aadhar based EHR system will bring the revolution in medical sector of India as all the medical records and reports will be in the same place and will be easy to access. Resulting into avoiding the repetitive medical tests, being cost effective and pocket friendly. However, concerns about data privacy, misuse of Aadhaar, and technical challenges are still serious obstacles. People also worried about the trust, compliances and scalability across rural area as there are low digital literacy rate there [11]. The findings support the alternative hypothesis (H1) that the Aadhaar-based EHR system can greatly improve healthcare efficiency and accuracy. |
