Editor—There is evidence that prehabilitation, the process of optimising an individual before treatment (most commonly surgery), 1 improves patient outcomes. We conducted a survey of practice using a Freedom of Information 6 request to identify which NHS hospitals offer prehabilitation programmes, and in those that do, to determine to whom they are offered, what they provide, which professionals deliver them, and how they are funded. This study does not require ethical approval as it is a survey of practice obtained through a Freedom of Information request. |
