Description: After migration of M13-PCR products onto 1% agarose gels, the acquired images were analyzed with Bionumerics 7.6. The dendrogram was constructed using Dice coefficients and UPGMA clustering, with tolerance and optimisation set at 1%. Three groups of isolates were defined (1 to 3) based on a calculated similarity level above 80%.
