Objective: PI susceptibility results from a complex interplay between Protease and Gag proteins, with Gag showing wide variation across HIV-1-subtypes. We explored the impact of pre-treatment susceptibility on the outcome to lopinavir/ritonavir (LPV/r) monotherapy.
