A preprint is available under the following DOI: https://doi.org/10.1101/2023.10.31.564980 There is a README file that describes the contents and formats of each of the tab-separated values files. There is one subdirectory containing files with Cellstates' results on the dataset of Zeisel et al. (DOI:10.1016/j.cell.2018.06.021) which is accompanied by another README file describing the formats and contents of these files. |
