The present work is a reflection on how the Criminal Justice System for Adolescents is being applied based on the statistical review and field work carried out in three states of the country: Chiapas, Estado de México y Michoacán, specifically regarding the application of alternative solutions. Likewise, it is explored whether civic Justice would be a preventive alternative in certain cases. ; El presente trabajo es una reflexión a propósito de la aplicación del Sistema de Justicia Penal para Adolescentes, a partir de la revisión estadística y el trabajo de campo realizado en tres estados del país: Chiapas, Estado de México y Michoacán, específicamente respecto de la aplicación de soluciones alternativas.
