| Description: | Lengths of trait vectors represent relative values of the corresponding trait and lengths of insect vectors represent relative abundance of the corresponding species. Gray points represent aspen genet averages. RDA1 accounts for 63.0% of the explained variation and 10.7% of the total variation. RDA2 accounts for 17.4% of the explained variation and 3.0% of the total variation. Collectively, the traits explained 21% of the variation. See Table 2 for variance partitioning by trait. |
