The Bäcklund transformation of the generalized Riccati equation is applied in this article to construct many new exact traveling wave solutions for thenonlinear Kolmogorov-Petrovskii-Piskunov (KPP) equation. Solutions, trigonometric and rational solutions of this equation are obtained. This transformation is straightforward and concise. It gives much more general results than the well-known results obtaining by other methods. With the aid of Maple, some graphical representations for some results are presented by choosing suitable values of parameters. |
