Description: From form letter: "Nov. 20, 1918. Dear Brother: It would have been a matter of special interest and value to the Church when the present war broke out if we could have had more information regarding the experiences of our people in the wars of the past. It might have helped us to solve many knotty problems. For present and future information we desire to get the name, home address, and camp of every one of our brethren who was calledto camp. We also want to know their status while in camp and later. Please fill out this blank as it applies to brethren in your congregation. Aaron Loucks" Includes filled out questionnaires along with typed and handwritten narratives from men who were in camps.
