The main objective of this study focuses on the difficulties encountered by the NGO Islamique Relief in caring for internally displaced persons (IDP) at the Mabilé Center in the Bamako district. As Mali faces massive internal displacement due to conflict, insecurity, and humanitarian crises, Bamako hosts a large number of IDPs, many of whom live in camps or centers like Mabilé, where the need for humanitarian assistance is significant.The methodology adopted for this research was based on the post-positivist approach, which aims to understand and explain reality using quantitative methods. We chose a non-probability sampling method, employing purposive and convenience sampling techniques. Data from surveys conducted with a sample of 42 persons were analyzed using CSPRO software.The results show several types of difficulties are identified :Regarding the qualitative aspects, we observed poor organization of specialized structures within the site, the number of IDPs relative to available supplies, poor food management by some internally displaced persons, and a lack of cash for condiments.Regarding the quantitative aspects, we noted that 34 people (73.91%) reported arriving in Bamako in a single trip, while 7 people (15.21%) arrived in Bamako in stages with support.JEL Classification : M11Paper type : Empirical Research ; L'objectif principal de cette étude porte sur les difficultés que rencontre l’ONG Islamique Relief dans la prise en charge des personnes déplacées internes au Centre Mabilé, dans le district de Bamako.
