Nous assistons, depuis quelques annees, a un developpement rapide des cursus en alternance dans l’enseignement superieur de management. L’analyse que nous avons menee nous a conduit a mettre en evidence deux formes generiques d’alternance susceptibles de multiples declinaisons. Quelle que soit la forme d’alternance choisie, la mise en place de ce type de cursus est un enjeu majeur qui est examine dans cet article. Nous identifions ainsi un certain nombre d’implications pour les trois acteurs que sont l’etudiant, l’etablissement de formation et l’entreprise. ; We have seen a rapid development of dual courses in higher management education for a few years. The analysis which I have carried out has produced evidence of two general forms of alternance which are likely to result in multiple declinings. Whatever form of alternation is chosen, the introduction of this type of course is a major issue which is discussed in this article. In this way, we identify a number of implications for the three players, namely the trainee, the training establishment and the company. |
