The ability of communicating bad news to pacientes and their families is not considered today an optional ability; instead, minimizing its importance has contributed to becoming more important in the last years of dehumanized medicine (12). Being a doctor has the responsibility of being effective in communicating any type of news. We will be doing an analysis of different approaches in how to achieve this communication with bad news. The hospital scope has its own difficulties, (14) the efficiency of it offers the patients and its family the possibility of coping better difficult situations (14). We will explain some of the protocols of CBN like SPIKES, PENS, CONSOLE, COMFORT. There are studies that have documented that doctors have not had formal training in how to give bad news (13) so the idea of this article is having a practical and fast way to obtain that information. ; La habilidad para comunicar malas noticias a pacientes y familiares no se considera hoy una competencia opcional; por el contrario, subestimar su importancia ha contribuido a la percepción creciente en los últimos años de una medicina deshumanizada (12). Ser médico tiene la responsabilidad de ser eficaz al comunicar cualquier tipo de noticia. Realizaremos un análisis de diferentes enfoques de cómo realizar dicha comunicación brindando malas noticias. El ámbito prehospitalario tiene dificultades añadidas, (14) la eficacia de este ofrece a pacientes y familiares la posibilidad de mejorar el afrontamiento de situaciones difíciles (14). Se brindará la explicación de algunos de los protocolos sobre CMN como SPIKES, PENS, CONSOLE, COMFORT. Diversos estudios han documentado que los médicos no han recibido un entrenamiento formal para dar malas noticias (13) por lo que este artículo tiene como objetivo ser guía práctica y rápida para obtener conocimiento en este tema. |
