(2023) 'A meta-analysis of Final Palaeolithic/earliest Mesolithic cultural taxonomy and evolution in Europe' This repository contains a Singularity file (`CultTaxFinalPal.sif`) to re-create the R environment with all necessary R packages to reproduce the analyses of Riede et al. (2023) hosted on https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.8119719. The Singularity container is created using the `CultTaxFinalPal.def`script on singularity-ce version 3.10.0 running Ubuntu 18.04.6 LTS. It contains R 4.3.1 with the relevant packages in their correct versions, and their dependencies specified in the `install_packages.R` script. |
