Description: Synthetic cannabinoid receptor agonists were enantioseparated with Whelk-O®1 CSPs. Efficient enantioseparations were obtained under reversed-phase conditions. The developed HPLC method was compatible to MS detection. The ICCA concept was useful to appraise the enantiopurity of the studied compounds. Coupling ECD analysis to in silico simulations allowed to establish the EEO.
