Description: Precursor solution temperature governs crystallization, morphology, and phase formation in two-step spin-coated FAPbI 3 films. In situ PL reveals nucleation behavior, showing that 50–70 °C for PbI 2 and ∼25 °C for FAI yield compact α-phase films.
