The “Melting Pot” project designed, budgeted and prioritized unconventional water recovery scenarios to be implemented at the INRAE building in Lyon Villeurbanne. These scenarios covered rainwater, industrial water, grey water and urine source separation. The project was built on a participatory approach involving all site staff, with the aim of making our building less dependent on conventional water resources. Some actions have been implemented as demonstrators (“toilets of the future”), while others are still under study, as they require more detailed characterization of non-conventional water resources. ; Le projet « Melting Pot » a permis de concevoir, chiffrer et prioriser des scénarios de valorisation d’eaux non conventionnelles à mettre en oeuvre au niveau du bâtiment du site INRAE de Lyon-Villeurbanne. Ces scénarios ont porté sur les eaux de pluie, les eaux industrielles, les eaux ménagères et la collecte sélective de l’urine. Le projet a été construit dans une démarche participative impliquant tous les agents du site afin de rendre notre bâtiment moins dépendant des ressources en eaux conventionnelles. Certaines actions ont pu être testées (démonstrateur « toilettes du futur »), d’autres sont encore en cours d’étude car elles nécessitent une caractérisation plus fine des gisements d’eaux non conventionnelles. |
