The state and dynamics of the university of physical culture students’ motivation was determined. The complex of diagnostic methods was used to determine the level of professional-pedagogical motivation, which was directed on outlining motivation components and its development levels determination. The research involved 232 students. It was found that for the 1 st year students the first place was obtained by the professional-cognitive interest, second by achievement motive and third by professional intention. For the 4 th year students, the first place is possessed by professional cognitive interest, then followed by motives referred to professional and then – motives of achievement. The diagnostics have outlined absence of certain professional intentions. Also from first to fourth year of studies the tendency of increasing the amount of students interest of which is not connected either to physical culture, sports nor to pedagogical activity is followed. ; Определено состояние и динамика профессиональной мотивации студентов университета физической культуры. Для определения уровня развития профессионально-педагогической мотивации был использован комплекс диагностических методик, направленных на выявление компонентов мотивации и методики изучения различных ее уровней. В исследовании приняли участие 232 студента. Установлено, что в структуре профессиональной мотивации студентов 1 курса первое место занимает профессионально-познавательный интерес, второе - мотив достижения, третье принадлежит профессиональным намерениям. У студентов 4 курса первое место также принадлежит профессионально-познавательному интересу, ниже расположились мотивы, относящиеся к профессиональным намерениям, за ними - мотивы достижения. Диагностика обнаружила у большинства студентов отсутствие определенных профессиональных намерений. При этом с первого по четвертый курс установлена тенденция увеличения числа студентов, интерес которых не связан ни с физической культурой и спортом, ни с педагогической деятельностью. ; Визначено стан та ... |
