Currently, there is a steady increase in the incidence of aggressive forms of periodontitis, including rapidly progressive periodontitis, which is typical for patients aged 18-35 years. The aim of the study was to study the effect of cytokine imbalance in the gingival fluid on the processes of cellular renewal in the periodontium. The study involved 20 volunteers with intact periodontal disease, 35 patients with chronic generalized periodontitis (CGP); 35 patients with rapidly progressive periodontitis (RPP). Using an enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay, the concentrations of the key cytokines IL-1β, TNF-α, TGF-β1 in the gingival fluid were determined. On the basis of immunohistochemical study of gingival biopsy specimens, indicators of proliferation index (IKi-67) and apoptosis index (Ip53) were obtained. As a result of this study, the nature of the relationship between the cytokine profile of the contents of periodontal pockets, indicators of cell renewal and the clinical course of rapidly progressive periodontitis was established ; В настоящее время наблюдается неуклонный рост частоты встречаемости агрессивных форм пародонтита, в том числе и быстропрогрессирующего пародонтита, характерного для пациентов 18-35 лет. Цель исследования состояла в изучении влияния цитокинового дисбаланса десневой жидкости на процессы клеточного обновления в пародонте. В исследовании приняли участие 20 добровольцев с интактным пародонтом, 35 пациентов с хроническим генерализованным пародонтитом (ХГП); 35 пациентов с быстропрогрессирующим пародонтитом (БПП). При помощи твердофазного иммуноферментного анализа определены концентрации ключевых цитокинов IL-1β, TNF-α, TGF-β1 в десневой жидкости. На основании иммуногистохимического исследования биоптатов десны получены показатели индекса пролиферации (IKi-67) и индекса апоптоза (Ip53).
