This article addresses the trajectory of Rede Mulher, a Non-Governmental Organization-NGO of Popular Education among women founded in the early 1980s, which began its work working with women's groups and mothers' clubs mobilized between 1979 and 1989, linked to the Church Catholic, in the South and East Zones of the city of São Paulo-SP/BR. The idealization of Rede Mulher is marked by the story of Moema Viezzer and her contact with Latin American and European feminisms. In particular, in this article we discuss the relevance of the dialogue between Moema and the "Subordination of Women" Group, which presented her with the category of "gender social relations" having an impact on the Popular Education work of Rede Mulher. Starting from gender social relations, we also propose to discuss the Theory of Social Reproduction based on the dynamics of subordination evidenced in the reality of women, portrayed in the archives of the “Woman Education Network Fund” (FRME), available at the Documentation, Information Center and Research (NDP) at the State University of Western Paraná (UNIOESTE). ; Este artigo aborda a trajetória da Rede Mulher, uma Organização Não Governamental-ONG de Educação Popular entre mulheres fundada no início da década de 1980, que iniciou seus trabalhos atuando com grupos de mulheres e clubes de mães mobilizados entre 1979 e 1989, vinculados a Igreja Católica, nas Zonas Sul e Leste da cidade de São Paulo-SP/BR. A idealização da Rede Mulher é marcada pela história de Moema Viezzer e por seu contato com feminismos latino-americanos e europeus. Em especial, nesse artigo discutimos a relevância do diálogo entre Moema e o Grupo "Subordination of Women", que a apresentou à categoria de "relações sociais de gênero" repercutindo sobre o trabalho de Educação Popular da Rede Mulher.
