Description: International audience ; The ability to identify through modelling the main routes of pathogen spread, the best herd management practices and associated control measures is a key step to improve livestock health. We developed a new AI-based approach to account for the coupling between social and spatial structuring at different levels in pig herds, and demonstrated its added value to propose and assess effective and realistic control measures on swine influenza A virus.
