| Description: | Copper conductors - manufactured by atmospheric plasma powder deposition, insulated by alumina layers and integrated into aluminium structures - were analysed with regard to their electrical conductivity. Variations of a novel electrical post-processing were studied in comparison to standard heat treatment. Both of them showed significant improvement of the specific electrical resistivity. |
