Description: The thesis work has focused on the reactivity of unsymmetrical and symmetrical tetrazines ligands, coordinated in ruthenium(II)-arene complexes, in cycloaddition and inverse electronic demand Diels-Alder reaction. The work was aimed to the regioselectively synthesis of new organometallic-compounds using mild reactions conditions, thanks to the coordination of tetrazines to ruthenium center. Analytical and spectroscopic methods (IR, multinuclear NMR, UV-Vis) have been used to characterize organometallic and organic products.
