The book is about a new and challenging style of about art and architecture at the turn of the 20th century - Art nouveau and about its expression in Riga, the capital of Lativa, architecture. The new style was marred by a wide variety of individual approaches, -- more intellectual interpretations. One of the most integrating architects who left an imprint on the art nouveau expression in Riga was Mikhail Eisenstein (1867-1920) - A legendary and an extremely controversial personality.
