Zusammenfassung:	[Dt.:] 'Bytes for All'(B4All) ist eine Netzwerkdatenbank für Südasiatische Bürger. Es untersucht, hebt hervor und organisiert Debatten bezüglich der ICT-Relevanz für Entwicklungsförderung. Südasien - welches oft als ein ICT-Kraftwerk gesehen wird, ist gleichzeitig das Zuhause der höchsten Anzahl von Bevölkerungsarmut in der Welt. Und da Armut nicht nur über das Einkommen oder das Bruttosozialprodukt definiert wird, sondern gerade auch über den menschlichen Entwicklungsstand, der Zugang zu Bildung, Gesundheitsversorgung oder auch die Menschenrechtssituation. In diesem Prozess versteht diese Gruppe die Rolle der Technologie als Moderator, welche die Ziele dieser sozio-politischen Lösungen vermitteln könnte. Dabei beruht die Argumentation auf Effektivität und Schnelligkeit der technologischen Lösungen, die jedoch als unterstützende und begleitende Prozesse die Entwicklung von politischen Konzepten wie 'good governance' oder Menschenrechte vervollständigen sollen. - [Engl.:] 'Bytes for All'(B4All) is a network-database for South Asian citizens. It examines, highlights and organises debates concerning ICT-relevance for deveolpment promotion. South Asia - which often is seen as an ICT-power station, is at the same time home to the highest number of populational poverty in the world. Thus poverty is not only defined by income or the gross national product, but as well by the human development index, the access to education, health supplies or even by the human rights situation. In this process this group sees the role of technology as a facilitator, which could communicate the goals of those socio-political solutions. The argumentation is founded thereby on the effectivity and rapidity of technological solutions, though as supportive and accompanying processes, to complete the development of political concepts as 'good governance' or human rights
