[Dt.:] Die Bilddatenbank macht die Bestände aus den verschiedenen Nationalgalerien in Schottland recherchierbar: National Gallery of Scotland, Royal Scottish Academy Building, Weston Link, Scottish National Portrait Gallery, Dean Gallery, Scottish National Photography Collection. Die Bestände der Museen umfassen Kunst von 1400 bis heute. Die Suchfunktionen der Datenbank sind vielfältig: Einfache und erweiterte Suche, alphabetischer Künstlerindex, thematische geordnete Sammlungen. Die Katalogisate enthalten eine kurze Beschreibung und eine Illustration. Die Thumbnails sind zweifach vergrößerbar, die Qualität der Digitalisate ist gut. - [Engl.:] The National Galleries of Scotland comprise of five Edinburgh-based galleries, The Weston Link and two partner galleries, one in the north and one in the south of Scotland. The collections encompass the 14th century up to the present day. Online Collections offers images and information about c. 1,150 objects and we will be adding more on a regular basis.
