It offers a detailed discussion of holocaust imagery and the history of victim-centred writing in nationalism theory, including the links between the comparative genocide debate, the so-called holocaust industry and Serbian and Croatian nationalism. No studies on Yugoslavia have thus far devoted significant space to such analysis. Offering a detailed analysis of Serbian and Croatian propaganda over the internet, the book discusses how and why the internet war was as important as the ground wars in Kosovo, Croatia, and Bosnia-Herzegovina. No other study has fully examined the importance of the Internet as a propaganda tool in wartime. Finally, Balkan Holocausts offers a theme by theme analysis of Serbian and Croatian propaganda, using contemporary media sources, novels, academic works and journals. Many of the writers reviewed have not been studied in any depth elsewhere thus far, and there is a definite need to criticise and compare their works. The role of Slobodan Miloevic in the construction of Serbophobia is considered fully as is Tito's involvement in the war, and the important Moslem question. This study throws comparative light on the use and abuse of propaganda in other contemporary and recent conflicts around the world. It will cast a fascinating and illuminating light on the Balkan conflict, setting the conflict in its proper psychological and intellectual context, wherein war fever and paranoia led eventually to war crimes of the lowest possible nature. lok: 37860959 3 exp: 37860959 3 1 #EPN 201B/01 $014-01-22 $t22:44:08.753 201U/01 $0utf8 203@/01 $0772017565 208@/01 $a26-04-16 $bl 209S/01 $S0 $uhttps://directory.doabooks.org/handle/20.500.12854/31269 $XH lok: 37860959 5 exp: 37860959 5 1 #EPN 201B/01 $014-01-22 $t22:44:08.760 201U/01 $0utf8 203@/01 $0772017573 208@/01 $a26-04-16 $bl 209S/01 $S0 $uhttps://directory.doabooks.org/handle/20.500.12854/31269 $XH lok: 37860959 8 exp: 37860959 8 1 #EPN 201B/01 $014-01-22 $t22:44:08.765 201U/01 $0utf8 203@/01 $0772017581 208@/01 $a26-04-16 $bl 209S/01 $S0 $uhttps://directory.doabooks.org/handle/20.500.12854/31269 $XH lok: 37860959 10 exp: 37860959 10 1 #EPN 201B/01 $014-01-22 $t22:44:08.771 201U/01 $0utf8 203@/01 $077201759X 208@/01 $a26-04-16 $bl 209S/01 $S0 $uhttps://directory.doabooks.org/handle/20.500.12854/31269 $XH lok: 37860959 11 exp: 37860959 11 1 #EPN 201B/01 $014-01-22 $t22:44:08.777 201U/01 $0utf8 203@/01 $0772017603 208@/01 $a26-04-16 $bl 209S/01 $S0 $uhttps://directory.doabooks.org/handle/20.500.12854/31269 $XH lok: 37860959 20 exp: 37860959 20 1 #EPN 201B/01 $014-01-22 $t22:44:08.783 201U/01 $0utf8 203@/01 $077201762X 208@/01 $a26-04-16 $bl 209S/01 $S0 $uhttps://directory.doabooks.org/handle/20.500.12854/31269 $XH lok: 37860959 21 exp: 37860959 21 1 #EPN 201B/01 $014-01-22 $t22:44:08.789 201U/01 $0utf8 203@/01 $0772017638 208@/01 $a26-04-16 $bl 209S/01 $S0 $uhttps://directory.doabooks.org/handle/20.500.12854/31269 $XH lok: 37860959 23 exp: 37860959 23 1 #EPN 201B/01 $014-01-22 $t22:44:08.794 201U/01 $0utf8 203@/01 $0772017646 208@/01 $a26-04-16 $bl 209S/01 $S0 $uhttps://directory.doabooks.org/handle/20.500.12854/31269 $XH lok: 37860959 24 exp: 37860959 24 1 #EPN 201B/01 $014-01-22 $t22:44:08.800 201U/01 $0utf8 203@/01 $0772017654 208@/01 $a26-04-16 $bl 209S/01 $S0 $uhttps://directory.doabooks.org/handle/20.500.12854/31269 $XH lok: 37860959 25 exp: 37860959 25 1 #EPN 201B/01 $014-01-22 $t22:44:08.806 201U/01 $0utf8 203@/01 $0772017662 208@/01 $a26-04-16 $bl 209S/01 $S0 $uhttps://directory.doabooks.org/handle/20.500.12854/31269 $XH lok: 37860959 36 exp: 37860959 36 1 #EPN 201B/01 $014-01-22 $t22:44:08.857 201C/01 $014-01-22 201U/01 $0utf8 203@/01 $01176837249 208@/01 $a14-01-22 $bl 209S/01 $S0 $uhttps://directory.doabooks.org/handle/20.500.12854/31269 $XH lok: 37860959 49 exp: 37860959 49 1 #EPN 201B/01 $014-01-22 $t22:44:08.811 201C/01 $024-04-20 201U/01 $0utf8 203@/01 $01102260614 208@/01 $a24-04-20 $bl 209S/01 $S0 $uhttps://directory.doabooks.org/handle/20.500.12854/31269 $XH lok: 37860959 54 exp: 37860959 54 1 #EPN 201B/01 $014-01-22 $t22:44:08.822 201C/01 $024-04-20 201U/01 $0utf8 203@/01 $01102260622 208@/01 $a24-04-20 $bl 209S/01 $S0 $uhttps://directory.doabooks.org/handle/20.500.12854/31269 $XH lok: 37860959 107 exp: 37860959 107 1 #EPN 201B/01 $014-01-22 $t22:44:08.835 201C/01 $024-04-20 201U/01 $0utf8 203@/01 $01102260630 208@/01 $a24-04-20 $bl 209S/01 $S0 $uhttps://directory.doabooks.org/handle/20.500.12854/31269 $XH lok: 37860959 108 exp: 37860959 108 1 #EPN 201B/01 $014-01-22 $t22:44:08.841 201C/01 $024-04-20 201U/01 $0utf8 203@/01 $01102260649 208@/01 $a24-04-20 $bl 209S/01 $S0 $uhttps://directory.doabooks.org/handle/20.500.12854/31269 $XH lok: 37860959 204 exp: 37860959 204 1 #EPN 201B/01 $014-01-22 $t22:44:08.847 201U/01 $0utf8 203@/01 $0772017700 208@/01 $a26-04-16 $bl 209S/01 $S0 $uhttps://directory.doabooks.org/handle/20.500.12854/31269 $XH lok: 37860959 205 exp: 37860959 205 1 #EPN 201B/01 $014-01-22 $t22:44:08.852 201U/01 $0utf8 203@/01 $0772017719 208@/01 $a26-04-16 $bl 209S/01 $S0 $uhttps://directory.doabooks.org/handle/20.500.12854/31269 $XH
