To answer this question the articles in this book ana-lyze administrative practices as a crucial manifestation of statehood from the 1960s to the 1990s. Although the multilevel political system served as a stabi-lizing factor, a social and cultural readiness to reform also took shape, which has had a lasting impact on the management process. A neoliberal turn did not result immediately but a discussion in that direction was opened up. The book deals with the structure-building effect of subsidies, the commercializa-tion and privatization of state tasks, as well as with effects of scientific exper-tise on administration and politics. Transformations in education, youth, eco-nomic, migration and health policy are highlighted. Three different disciplinari-an viewpoints - history, history of education and political science are synthe-sized in the conclusion, which also outlines a relevant research program for contemporary history. lok: 42142894 3 exp: 42142894 3 1 #EPN 201B/01 $004-06-25 $t01:03:11.146 201U/01 $0utf8 203@/01 $01011911051 208@/01 $a22-11-17 $bl 209S/01 $S0 $uhttps://library.oapen.org/handle/20.500.12657/31819 $XR lok: 42142894 5 exp: 42142894 5 1 #EPN 201B/01 $004-06-25 $t01:03:11.165 201U/01 $0utf8 203@/01 $01015674763 208@/01 $a19-01-18 $bl 209S/01 $S0 $uhttps://library.oapen.org/handle/20.500.12657/31819 $XR lok: 42142894 8 exp: 42142894 8 1 #EPN 201B/01 $004-06-25 $t01:03:11.170 201U/01 $0utf8 203@/01 $0101191106X 208@/01 $a22-11-17 $bl 209S/01 $S0 $uhttps://library.oapen.org/handle/20.500.12657/31819 $XR lok: 42142894 10 exp: 42142894 10 1 #EPN 201B/01 $004-06-25 $t01:03:11.174 201U/01 $0utf8 203@/01 $01011911078 208@/01 $a22-11-17 $bl 209S/01 $S0 $uhttps://library.oapen.org/handle/20.500.12657/31819 $XR lok: 42142894 11 exp: 42142894 11 1 #EPN 201B/01 $004-06-25 $t01:03:11.177 201U/01 $0utf8 203@/01 $01015674771 208@/01 $a19-01-18 $bl 209S/01 $S0 $uhttps://library.oapen.org/handle/20.500.12657/31819 $XR lok: 42142894 20 exp: 42142894 20 1 #EPN 201B/01 $004-06-25 $t01:03:11.181 201U/01 $0utf8 203@/01 $01011911086 208@/01 $a22-11-17 $bl 209S/01 $S0 $uhttps://library.oapen.org/handle/20.500.12657/31819 $XR lok: 42142894 21 exp: 42142894 21 1 #EPN 201B/01 $004-06-25 $t01:03:11.185 201U/01 $0utf8 203@/01 $01011911094 208@/01 $a22-11-17 $bl 209S/01 $S0 $uhttps://library.oapen.org/handle/20.500.12657/31819 $XR lok: 42142894 23 exp: 42142894 23 1 #EPN 201B/01 $004-06-25 $t01:03:11.202 201U/01 $0utf8 203@/01 $01011911108 208@/01 $a22-11-17 $bl 209S/01 $S0 $uhttps://library.oapen.org/handle/20.500.12657/31819 $XR lok: 42142894 24 exp: 42142894 24 1 #EPN 201B/01 $004-06-25 $t01:03:11.204 201C/01 $010-07-19 201U/01 $0utf8 203@/01 $01055431217 208@/01 $a10-07-19 $bl 209S/01 $S0 $uhttps://library.oapen.org/handle/20.500.12657/31819 $XR lok: 42142894 25 exp: 42142894 25 1 #EPN 201B/01 $004-06-25 $t01:03:11.221 201U/01 $0utf8 203@/01 $01011911116 208@/01 $a22-11-17 $bl 209S/01 $S0 $uhttps://library.oapen.org/handle/20.500.12657/31819 $XR lok: 42142894 36 exp: 42142894 36 1 #EPN 201B/01 $004-06-25 $t01:03:11.253 201C/01 $029-05-25 201U/01 $0utf8 203@/01 $01305009010 208@/01 $a29-05-25 $bl 209S/01 $S0 $uhttps://library.oapen.org/handle/20.500.12657/31819 $XR lok: 42142894 49 exp: 42142894 49 1 #EPN 201B/01 $004-06-25 $t01:03:11.296 201C/01 $029-05-20 201U/01 $0utf8 203@/01 $0110841270X 208@/01 $a29-05-20 $bl 209S/01 $S0 $uhttps://library.oapen.org/handle/20.500.12657/31819 $XR lok: 42142894 51 exp: 42142894 51 1 #EPN 201B/01 $004-06-25 $t01:03:11.309 201C/01 $010-07-19 201U/01 $0utf8 203@/01 $01055431233 208@/01 $a10-07-19 $bl 209S/01 $S0 $uhttps://library.oapen.org/handle/20.500.12657/31819 $XR lok: 42142894 54 exp: 42142894 54 1 #EPN 201B/01 $004-06-25 $t01:03:11.311 201C/01 $029-05-20 201U/01 $0utf8 203@/01 $01108412718 208@/01 $a29-05-20 $bl 209S/01 $S0 $uhttps://library.oapen.org/handle/20.500.12657/31819 $XR lok: 42142894 69 exp: 42142894 69 1 #EPN 201B/01 $004-06-25 $t01:03:11.316 201U/01 $0utf8 203@/01 $01015674798 208@/01 $a19-01-18 $bl 209S/01 $S0 $uhttps://library.oapen.org/handle/20.500.12657/31819 $XR lok: 42142894 72 exp: 42142894 72 1 #EPN 201B/01 $004-06-25 $t01:03:11.321 201U/01 $0utf8 203@/01 $01015674801 208@/01 $a19-01-18 $bl 209S/01 $S0 $uhttps://library.oapen.org/handle/20.500.12657/31819 $XR lok: 42142894 107 exp: 42142894 107 1 #EPN 201B/01 $004-06-25 $t01:03:11.329 201C/01 $029-05-20 201U/01 $0utf8 203@/01 $01108412726 208@/01 $a29-05-20 $bl 209S/01 $S0 $uhttps://library.oapen.org/handle/20.500.12657/31819 $XR lok: 42142894 108 exp: 42142894 108 1 #EPN 201B/01 $004-06-25 $t01:03:11.331 201C/01 $029-05-20 201U/01 $0utf8 203@/01 $01108412734 208@/01 $a29-05-20 $bl 209S/01 $S0 $uhttps://library.oapen.org/handle/20.500.12657/31819 $XR lok: 42142894 204 exp: 42142894 204 1 #EPN 201B/01 $004-06-25 $t01:03:11.346 201U/01 $0utf8 203@/01 $01011911124 208@/01 $a22-11-17 $bl 209S/01 $S0 $uhttps://library.oapen.org/handle/20.500.12657/31819 $XR lok: 42142894 205 exp: 42142894 205 1 #EPN 201B/01 $004-06-25 $t01:03:11.357 201U/01 $0utf8 203@/01 $01011911132 208@/01 $a22-11-17 $bl 209S/01 $S0 $uhttps://library.oapen.org/handle/20.500.12657/31819 $XR
