Brazil's soft balancing strategy involves institutional strategies such as the formation of limited diplomatic coalitions or ententes, such as BRIC, to constrain the power of the established great powers. The BRIC states have been amongst the most powerful drivers of incremental change in world diplomacy and they benefit most from the connected global power shifts. In a global order shaped by great powers through international institutions, those players who effectively operate within them as innovators, coalition builders and spokesmen while preserving great amounts of sovereignty and independence have the potential to substantially influence the outcomes of future global politics lok: 44938961 3 exp: 44938961 3 1 #EPN 201B/01 $013-11-19 $t22:58:04.485 201C/01 $013-11-19 201U/01 $0utf8 203@/01 $01070146579 208@/01 $a13-11-19 $bl 209S/01 $S0 $uhttps://nbn-resolving.org/urn:nbn:de:0168-ssoar-54331-3 $XR lok: 44938961 5 exp: 44938961 5 1 #EPN 201B/01 $013-11-19 $t22:58:04.489 201C/01 $013-11-19 201U/01 $0utf8 203@/01 $01070146587 208@/01 $a13-11-19 $bl 209S/01 $S0 $uhttps://nbn-resolving.org/urn:nbn:de:0168-ssoar-54331-3 $XR lok: 44938961 8 exp: 44938961 8 1 #EPN 201B/01 $013-11-19 $t22:58:04.494 201C/01 $013-11-19 201U/01 $0utf8 203@/01 $01070146595 208@/01 $a13-11-19 $bl 209S/01 $S0 $uhttps://nbn-resolving.org/urn:nbn:de:0168-ssoar-54331-3 $XR lok: 44938961 10 exp: 44938961 10 1 #EPN 201B/01 $013-11-19 $t22:58:04.497 201C/01 $013-11-19 201U/01 $0utf8 203@/01 $01070146609 208@/01 $a13-11-19 $bl 209S/01 $S0 $uhttps://nbn-resolving.org/urn:nbn:de:0168-ssoar-54331-3 $XR lok: 44938961 11 exp: 44938961 11 1 #EPN 201B/01 $013-11-19 $t22:58:04.502 201C/01 $013-11-19 201U/01 $0utf8 203@/01 $01070146617 208@/01 $a13-11-19 $bl 209S/01 $S0 $uhttps://nbn-resolving.org/urn:nbn:de:0168-ssoar-54331-3 $XR lok: 44938961 20 exp: 44938961 20 1 #EPN 201B/01 $013-11-19 $t22:58:04.506 201C/01 $013-11-19 201U/01 $0utf8 203@/01 $01070146625 208@/01 $a13-11-19 $bl 209S/01 $S0 $uhttps://nbn-resolving.org/urn:nbn:de:0168-ssoar-54331-3 $XR lok: 44938961 21 exp: 44938961 21 1 #EPN 201B/01 $013-11-19 $t22:58:04.510 201C/01 $013-11-19 201U/01 $0utf8 203@/01 $01070146633 208@/01 $a13-11-19 $bl 209S/01 $S0 $uhttps://nbn-resolving.org/urn:nbn:de:0168-ssoar-54331-3 $XR lok: 44938961 23 exp: 44938961 23 1 #EPN 201B/01 $013-11-19 $t22:58:04.514 201C/01 $013-11-19 201U/01 $0utf8 203@/01 $01070146641 208@/01 $a13-11-19 $bl 209S/01 $S0 $uhttps://nbn-resolving.org/urn:nbn:de:0168-ssoar-54331-3 $XR lok: 44938961 24 exp: 44938961 24 1 #EPN 201B/01 $013-11-19 $t22:58:04.519 201C/01 $013-11-19 201U/01 $0utf8 203@/01 $0107014665X 208@/01 $a13-11-19 $bl 209S/01 $S0 $uhttps://nbn-resolving.org/urn:nbn:de:0168-ssoar-54331-3 $XR lok: 44938961 25 exp: 44938961 25 1 #EPN 201B/01 $013-11-19 $t22:58:04.522 201C/01 $013-11-19 201U/01 $0utf8 203@/01 $01070146668 208@/01 $a13-11-19 $bl 209S/01 $S0 $uhttps://nbn-resolving.org/urn:nbn:de:0168-ssoar-54331-3 $XR lok: 44938961 49 exp: 44938961 49 1 #EPN 201B/01 $019-06-20 $t16:47:15.455 201C/01 $019-06-20 201U/01 $0utf8 203@/01 $01112777903 208@/01 $a19-06-20 $bl 209S/01 $S0 $uhttps://nbn-resolving.org/urn:nbn:de:0168-ssoar-54331-3 $XR lok: 44938961 50 exp: 44938961 50 1 #EPN 201B/01 $013-11-19 $t22:58:04.527 201C/01 $013-11-19 201U/01 $0utf8 203@/01 $01070146676 208@/01 $a13-11-19 $bl 209S/01 $S0 $uhttps://nbn-resolving.org/urn:nbn:de:0168-ssoar-54331-3 $XR lok: 44938961 54 exp: 44938961 54 1 #EPN 201B/01 $013-11-19 $t22:58:04.531 201C/01 $013-11-19 201U/01 $0utf8 203@/01 $01070146684 208@/01 $a13-11-19 $bl 209S/01 $S0 $uhttps://nbn-resolving.org/urn:nbn:de:0168-ssoar-54331-3 $XR lok: 44938961 58 exp: 44938961 58 1 #EPN 201B/01 $013-11-19 $t22:58:04.535 201C/01 $013-11-19 201U/01 $0utf8 203@/01 $01070146692 208@/01 $a13-11-19 $bl 209S/01 $S0 $uhttps://nbn-resolving.org/urn:nbn:de:0168-ssoar-54331-3 $XR lok: 44938961 108 exp: 44938961 108 1 #EPN 201B/01 $013-11-19 $t22:58:04.539 201C/01 $013-11-19 201U/01 $0utf8 203@/01 $01070146706 208@/01 $a13-11-19 $bl 209S/01 $S0 $uhttps://nbn-resolving.org/urn:nbn:de:0168-ssoar-54331-3 $XR lok: 44938961 204 exp: 44938961 204 1 #EPN 201B/01 $013-11-19 $t22:58:04.543 201C/01 $013-11-19 201U/01 $0utf8 203@/01 $01070146714 208@/01 $a13-11-19 $bl 209S/01 $S0 $uhttps://nbn-resolving.org/urn:nbn:de:0168-ssoar-54331-3 $XR lok: 44938961 205 exp: 44938961 205 1 #EPN 201B/01 $013-11-19 $t22:58:04.547 201C/01 $013-11-19 201U/01 $0utf8 203@/01 $01070146722 208@/01 $a13-11-19 $bl 209S/01 $S0 $uhttps://nbn-resolving.org/urn:nbn:de:0168-ssoar-54331-3 $XR
