047I    $aAbstract: Ausgehend von der Gleichzeitigkeit von Tendenzen einer fortschreitenden Politisierung der Gesellschaft und Entpolitisierung der Politik reflektiert der Beitrag aus einer normativen Sicht politik- und demokratietheoretische Implikationen des Wandels bürgerschaftlicher Aktivitäten hin zu web-basierten Formen von Bürgerbeteiligung und zivilgesellschaftlichem Engagement. Inwiefern, so wird mit Rekurs auf ein an den Theorien von Arendt und Marchart orientiertes Verständnis politischen Handelns gefragt, führt mehr Partizipation von Bürgerinnen und Bürgern in webgestützten staatlichen Konsultationsangeboten, den deliberativen „invited spaces“ im Internet, und in den von Bürgerinnen und Bürgern bottom-up geschaffenen „invented spaces“ zu einer Stärkung und Ausweitung „politischer“ Räume und „politischen Handelns“? Exemplarisch wird in dem Zusammenhang auf Defizite der Partizipation in Verfahren kommunaler Bürgerhaushalte sowie der Beteiligung an Petitionsaufrufen auf themenunspezifischen K
