In addition to the political level, a huge body of medium to high-level administrative staff and lobbyists has moved to this specific European labour market. After a phase of asymmetrical power constellations during the accession process, how can, after 2004, the real participation in the policy-making process in the enlarged EU of 25 Member States (EU-25) be characterized? How do participants of Central and East European Member States (EU-8) act in the new surrounding, given that all EU-institutions themselves are much more heterogeneous and in a process of consolidation and adjustment? Given that newcomers could not yet fully exploit the possibilities of negotiations in the policy-making process and their style of lobbying, negotiating and bargaining still is in need of a necessary fine-tuning, the aim of this paper is to highlight cons lok: 45180180 3 exp: 45180180 3 1 #EPN 201B/01 $029-05-21 $t22:23:01.803 201C/01 $029-05-21 201U/01 $0utf8 203@/01 $01155369807 208@/01 $a29-05-21 $bl 209S/01 $S0 $uhttp://www.ssoar.info/ssoar/handle/document/1630 $XH lok: 45180180 5 exp: 45180180 5 1 #EPN 201B/01 $029-05-21 $t22:23:01.811 201C/01 $029-05-21 201U/01 $0utf8 203@/01 $01155369815 208@/01 $a29-05-21 $bl 209S/01 $S0 $uhttp://www.ssoar.info/ssoar/handle/document/1630 $XH lok: 45180180 8 exp: 45180180 8 1 #EPN 201B/01 $029-05-21 $t22:23:01.818 201C/01 $029-05-21 201U/01 $0utf8 203@/01 $01155369823 208@/01 $a29-05-21 $bl 209S/01 $S0 $uhttp://www.ssoar.info/ssoar/handle/document/1630 $XH lok: 45180180 10 exp: 45180180 10 1 #EPN 201B/01 $029-05-21 $t22:23:01.825 201C/01 $029-05-21 201U/01 $0utf8 203@/01 $01155369831 208@/01 $a29-05-21 $bl 209S/01 $S0 $uhttp://www.ssoar.info/ssoar/handle/document/1630 $XH lok: 45180180 11 exp: 45180180 11 1 #EPN 201B/01 $029-05-21 $t22:23:01.832 201C/01 $029-05-21 201U/01 $0utf8 203@/01 $0115536984X 208@/01 $a29-05-21 $bl 209S/01 $S0 $uhttp://www.ssoar.info/ssoar/handle/document/1630 $XH lok: 45180180 20 exp: 45180180 20 1 #EPN 201B/01 $029-05-21 $t22:23:01.839 201C/01 $029-05-21 201U/01 $0utf8 203@/01 $01155369858 208@/01 $a29-05-21 $bl 209S/01 $S0 $uhttp://www.ssoar.info/ssoar/handle/document/1630 $XH lok: 45180180 21 exp: 45180180 21 1 #EPN 201B/01 $029-05-21 $t22:23:01.846 201C/01 $029-05-21 201U/01 $0utf8 203@/01 $01155369866 208@/01 $a29-05-21 $bl 209S/01 $S0 $uhttp://www.ssoar.info/ssoar/handle/document/1630 $XH lok: 45180180 23 exp: 45180180 23 1 #EPN 201B/01 $029-05-21 $t22:23:01.853 201C/01 $029-05-21 201U/01 $0utf8 203@/01 $01155369874 208@/01 $a29-05-21 $bl 209S/01 $S0 $uhttp://www.ssoar.info/ssoar/handle/document/1630 $XH lok: 45180180 24 exp: 45180180 24 1 #EPN 201B/01 $029-05-21 $t22:23:01.860 201C/01 $029-05-21 201U/01 $0utf8 203@/01 $01155369882 208@/01 $a29-05-21 $bl 209S/01 $S0 $uhttp://www.ssoar.info/ssoar/handle/document/1630 $XH lok: 45180180 25 exp: 45180180 25 1 #EPN 201B/01 $029-05-21 $t22:23:01.869 201C/01 $029-05-21 201U/01 $0utf8 203@/01 $01155369890 208@/01 $a29-05-21 $bl 209S/01 $S0 $uhttp://www.ssoar.info/ssoar/handle/document/1630 $XH lok: 45180180 36 exp: 45180180 36 1 #EPN 201B/01 $029-05-21 $t22:23:01.879 201C/01 $029-05-21 201U/01 $0utf8 203@/01 $01155369904 208@/01 $a29-05-21 $bl 209S/01 $S0 $uhttp://www.ssoar.info/ssoar/handle/document/1630 $XH lok: 45180180 49 exp: 45180180 49 1 #EPN 201B/01 $029-05-21 $t22:23:01.886 201C/01 $029-05-21 201U/01 $0utf8 203@/01 $01155369912 208@/01 $a29-05-21 $bl 209S/01 $S0 $uhttp://www.ssoar.info/ssoar/handle/document/1630 $XH lok: 45180180 54 exp: 45180180 54 1 #EPN 201B/01 $029-05-21 $t22:23:01.900 201C/01 $029-05-21 201U/01 $0utf8 203@/01 $01155369939 208@/01 $a29-05-21 $bl 209S/01 $S0 $uhttp://www.ssoar.info/ssoar/handle/document/1630 $XH lok: 45180180 108 exp: 45180180 108 1 #EPN 201B/01 $029-05-21 $t22:23:01.916 201C/01 $029-05-21 201U/01 $0utf8 203@/01 $01155369955 208@/01 $a29-05-21 $bl 209S/01 $S0 $uhttp://www.ssoar.info/ssoar/handle/document/1630 $XH lok: 45180180 204 exp: 45180180 204 1 #EPN 201B/01 $029-05-21 $t22:23:01.923 201C/01 $029-05-21 201U/01 $0utf8 203@/01 $01155369963 208@/01 $a29-05-21 $bl 209S/01 $S0 $uhttp://www.ssoar.info/ssoar/handle/document/1630 $XH lok: 45180180 205 exp: 45180180 205 1 #EPN 201B/01 $029-05-21 $t22:23:01.929 201C/01 $029-05-21 201U/01 $0utf8 203@/01 $01155369971 208@/01 $a29-05-21 $bl 209S/01 $S0 $uhttp://www.ssoar.info/ssoar/handle/document/1630 $XH
