The perception of success has prevailed despite persistent concerns about an inflated voters' register and electoral fraud perpetrated by the two major parties, the NPP and NDC, in their strongholds in the Ashanti and Volta Regions respectively. Electoral malpractice in Ghana's virtual two-party system could acquire a decisive importance as a ‘third force’, representing an even more important factor than the smaller opposition parties. Unfortunate diplomatic and technocratic biases in election monitoring, combined with a reluctance on the part of the responsible authorities to investigate what appears to be a long history of fraudulent voting, amounts to a dangerous time bomb of unresolved conflict which could detonate in future elections lok: 45184789 3 exp: 45184789 3 1 #EPN 201B/01 $025-02-21 $t22:56:42.903 201C/01 $025-02-21 201U/01 $0utf8 203@/01 $0114373887X 208@/01 $a25-02-21 $bl 209S/01 $S0 $uhttp://www.ssoar.info/ssoar/handle/document/38219 $XH lok: 45184789 5 exp: 45184789 5 1 #EPN 201B/01 $025-02-21 $t22:56:42.917 201C/01 $025-02-21 201U/01 $0utf8 203@/01 $01143738888 208@/01 $a25-02-21 $bl 209S/01 $S0 $uhttp://www.ssoar.info/ssoar/handle/document/38219 $XH lok: 45184789 8 exp: 45184789 8 1 #EPN 201B/01 $025-02-21 $t22:56:42.920 201C/01 $025-02-21 201U/01 $0utf8 203@/01 $01143738896 208@/01 $a25-02-21 $bl 209S/01 $S0 $uhttp://www.ssoar.info/ssoar/handle/document/38219 $XH lok: 45184789 10 exp: 45184789 10 1 #EPN 201B/01 $025-02-21 $t22:56:42.923 201C/01 $025-02-21 201U/01 $0utf8 203@/01 $0114373890X 208@/01 $a25-02-21 $bl 209S/01 $S0 $uhttp://www.ssoar.info/ssoar/handle/document/38219 $XH lok: 45184789 11 exp: 45184789 11 1 #EPN 201B/01 $025-02-21 $t22:56:42.927 201C/01 $025-02-21 201U/01 $0utf8 203@/01 $01143738918 208@/01 $a25-02-21 $bl 209S/01 $S0 $uhttp://www.ssoar.info/ssoar/handle/document/38219 $XH lok: 45184789 20 exp: 45184789 20 1 #EPN 201B/01 $025-02-21 $t22:56:42.929 201C/01 $025-02-21 201U/01 $0utf8 203@/01 $01143738926 208@/01 $a25-02-21 $bl 209S/01 $S0 $uhttp://www.ssoar.info/ssoar/handle/document/38219 $XH lok: 45184789 21 exp: 45184789 21 1 #EPN 201B/01 $025-02-21 $t22:56:42.932 201C/01 $025-02-21 201U/01 $0utf8 203@/01 $01143738934 208@/01 $a25-02-21 $bl 209S/01 $S0 $uhttp://www.ssoar.info/ssoar/handle/document/38219 $XH lok: 45184789 23 exp: 45184789 23 1 #EPN 201B/01 $025-02-21 $t22:56:42.935 201C/01 $025-02-21 201U/01 $0utf8 203@/01 $01143738942 208@/01 $a25-02-21 $bl 209S/01 $S0 $uhttp://www.ssoar.info/ssoar/handle/document/38219 $XH lok: 45184789 24 exp: 45184789 24 1 #EPN 201B/01 $025-02-21 $t22:56:42.938 201C/01 $025-02-21 201U/01 $0utf8 203@/01 $01143738950 208@/01 $a25-02-21 $bl 209S/01 $S0 $uhttp://www.ssoar.info/ssoar/handle/document/38219 $XH lok: 45184789 25 exp: 45184789 25 1 #EPN 201B/01 $025-02-21 $t22:56:42.941 201C/01 $025-02-21 201U/01 $0utf8 203@/01 $01143738969 208@/01 $a25-02-21 $bl 209S/01 $S0 $uhttp://www.ssoar.info/ssoar/handle/document/38219 $XH lok: 45184789 36 exp: 45184789 36 1 #EPN 201B/01 $001-06-25 $t11:07:38.762 201C/01 $001-06-25 201U/01 $0utf8 203@/01 $0130505539X 208@/01 $a01-06-25 $bl 209S/01 $S0 $uhttp://www.ssoar.info/ssoar/handle/document/38219 $XH lok: 45184789 49 exp: 45184789 49 1 #EPN 201B/01 $025-02-21 $t22:56:42.944 201C/01 $025-02-21 201U/01 $0utf8 203@/01 $01143738977 208@/01 $a25-02-21 $bl 209S/01 $S0 $uhttp://www.ssoar.info/ssoar/handle/document/38219 $XH lok: 45184789 54 exp: 45184789 54 1 #EPN 201B/01 $025-02-21 $t22:56:42.950 201C/01 $025-02-21 201U/01 $0utf8 203@/01 $01143738993 208@/01 $a25-02-21 $bl 209S/01 $S0 $uhttp://www.ssoar.info/ssoar/handle/document/38219 $XH lok: 45184789 108 exp: 45184789 108 1 #EPN 201B/01 $025-02-21 $t22:56:42.955 201C/01 $025-02-21 201U/01 $0utf8 203@/01 $01143739019 208@/01 $a25-02-21 $bl 209S/01 $S0 $uhttp://www.ssoar.info/ssoar/handle/document/38219 $XH lok: 45184789 204 exp: 45184789 204 1 #EPN 201B/01 $025-02-21 $t22:56:42.958 201C/01 $025-02-21 201U/01 $0utf8 203@/01 $01143739027 208@/01 $a25-02-21 $bl 209S/01 $S0 $uhttp://www.ssoar.info/ssoar/handle/document/38219 $XH lok: 45184789 205 exp: 45184789 205 1 #EPN 201B/01 $025-02-21 $t22:56:42.960 201C/01 $025-02-21 201U/01 $0utf8 203@/01 $01143739035 208@/01 $a25-02-21 $bl 209S/01 $S0 $uhttp://www.ssoar.info/ssoar/handle/document/38219 $XH
