In form of case studies, the contributions to this volume examine various forms of written artefacts as to their implications on modes of reading. Analyzing different Qumran scrolls, codices, Tefillin, Mezuzot, magical texts, tablets, bricks, and statues as well as meta-textual and iconographic aspects, the articles inquire the possibilities of how to correlate material aspects to assumed modes of reception and practices of reading. The contributions stem from Egyptology, Papyrology, Qumran Studies, Biblical Studies, Jewish Studies, Ancient Christianity, and Islamic Studies.In total, this volume contributes to the research on practices of reception in times past and demonstrates the potential hidden in text-bearing artefacts. lok: 46663947 3 101B $009-01-24 $t09:57:45.000 101C $009-01-24 101U $0utf8 145S/01 $a006 exp: 46663947 3 1 #EPN 201B/01 $009-07-20 $t22:58:09.022 201C/01 $009-07-20 201U/01 $0utf8 203@/01 $01114627844 204P/01 $010.1515/9783110639247 $S0 208@/01 $a09-07-20 $bl lok: 46663947 5 exp: 46663947 5 1 #EPN 201B/01 $018-11-20 $t23:06:42.362 201C/01 $018-11-20 201U/01 $0utf8 203@/01 $01130758478 204P/01 $010.1515/9783110639247 $S0 208@/01 $a18-11-20 $bl lok: 46663947 8 exp: 46663947 8 1 #EPN 201B/01 $009-07-20 $t22:58:09.026 201C/01 $009-07-20 201U/01 $0utf8 203@/01 $01114627852 204P/01 $010.1515/9783110639247 $S0 208@/01 $a09-07-20 $bl lok: 46663947 10 exp: 46663947 10 1 #EPN 201B/01 $009-07-20 $t22:58:09.029 201C/01 $009-07-20 201U/01 $0utf8 203@/01 $01114627860 204P/01 $010.1515/9783110639247 $S0 208@/01 $a09-07-20 $bl lok: 46663947 11 exp: 46663947 11 1 #EPN 201B/01 $018-11-20 $t23:06:42.365 201C/01 $018-11-20 201U/01 $0utf8 203@/01 $01130758486 204P/01 $010.1515/9783110639247 $S0 208@/01 $a18-11-20 $bl lok: 46663947 13 exp: 46663947 13 1 #EPN 201B/01 $018-11-20 $t23:06:42.368 201C/01 $018-11-20 201U/01 $0utf8 203@/01 $01130758494 204P/01 $010.1515/9783110639247 $S0 208@/01 $a18-11-20 $bl lok: 46663947 20 exp: 46663947 20 1 #EPN 201B/01 $009-07-20 $t22:58:09.033 201C/01 $009-07-20 201U/01 $0utf8 203@/01 $01114627879 204P/01 $010.1515/9783110639247 $S0 208@/01 $a09-07-20 $bl lok: 46663947 21 exp: 46663947 21 1 #EPN 201B/01 $009-07-20 $t22:58:09.035 201C/01 $009-07-20 201U/01 $0utf8 203@/01 $01114627887 204P/01 $010.1515/9783110639247 $S0 208@/01 $a09-07-20 $bl lok: 46663947 23 exp: 46663947 23 1 #EPN 201B/01 $009-07-20 $t22:58:09.038 201C/01 $009-07-20 201U/01 $0utf8 203@/01 $01114627895 204P/01 $010.1515/9783110639247 $S0 208@/01 $a09-07-20 $bl lok: 46663947 24 exp: 46663947 24 1 #EPN 201B/01 $018-11-20 $t23:06:42.371 201C/01 $018-11-20 201U/01 $0utf8 203@/01 $01130758508 204P/01 $010.1515/9783110639247 $S0 208@/01 $a18-11-20 $bl lok: 46663947 25 exp: 46663947 25 1 #EPN 201B/01 $009-07-20 $t22:58:09.042 201C/01 $009-07-20 201U/01 $0utf8 203@/01 $01114627909 204P/01 $010.1515/9783110639247 $S0 208@/01 $a09-07-20 $bl lok: 46663947 36 exp: 46663947 36 1 #EPN 201B/01 $022-10-22 $t00:31:38.666 201C/01 $021-10-22 201U/01 $0utf8 203@/01 $01216347573 204P/01 $010.1515/9783110639247 $S0 208@/01 $a21-10-22 $bl lok: 46663947 49 exp: 46663947 49 1 #EPN 201B/01 $018-11-20 $t23:06:42.374 201C/01 $018-11-20 201U/01 $0utf8 203@/01 $01130758516 204P/01 $010.1515/9783110639247 $S0 208@/01 $a18-11-20 $bl lok: 46663947 51 exp: 46663947 51 1 #EPN 201B/01 $018-11-20 $t23:06:42.379 201C/01 $018-11-20 201U/01 $0utf8 203@/01 $01130758532 204P/01 $010.1515/9783110639247 $S0 208@/01 $a18-11-20 $bl lok: 46663947 54 exp: 46663947 54 1 #EPN 201B/01 $018-11-20 $t23:06:42.382 201C/01 $018-11-20 201U/01 $0utf8 203@/01 $01130758540 204P/01 $010.1515/9783110639247 $S0 208@/01 $a18-11-20 $bl lok: 46663947 59 exp: 46663947 59 1 #EPN 201B/01 $018-11-20 $t23:06:42.387 201C/01 $018-11-20 201U/01 $0utf8 203@/01 $01130758567 204P/01 $010.1515/9783110639247 $S0 208@/01 $a18-11-20 $bl lok: 46663947 69 exp: 46663947 69 1 #EPN 201B/01 $018-11-20 $t23:06:42.390 201C/01 $018-11-20 201U/01 $0utf8 203@/01 $01130758575 204P/01 $010.1515/9783110639247 $S0 208@/01 $a18-11-20 $bl lok: 46663947 74 exp: 46663947 74 1 #EPN 201B/01 $011-10-24 $t23:36:09.171 201C/01 $011-10-24 201U/01 $0utf8 203@/01 $01277237905 204P/01 $010.1515/9783110639247 $S0 208@/01 $a11-10-24 $bl lok: 46663947 76 exp: 46663947 76 1 #EPN 201B/01 $018-11-20 $t23:06:42.393 201C/01 $018-11-20 201U/01 $0utf8 203@/01 $01130758583 204P/01 $010.1515/9783110639247 $S0 208@/01 $a18-11-20 $bl lok: 46663947 107 exp: 46663947 107 1 #EPN 201B/01 $018-11-20 $t23:06:42.395 201C/01 $018-11-20 201U/01 $0utf8 203@/01 $01130758591 204P/01 $010.1515/9783110639247 $S0 208@/01 $a18-11-20 $bl lok: 46663947 108 exp: 46663947 108 1 #EPN 201B/01 $018-11-20 $t23:06:42.398 201C/01 $018-11-20 201U/01 $0utf8 203@/01 $01130758605 204P/01 $010.1515/9783110639247 $S0 208@/01 $a18-11-20 $bl lok: 46663947 204 exp: 46663947 204 1 #EPN 201B/01 $009-07-20 $t22:58:09.044 201C/01 $009-07-20 201U/01 $0utf8 203@/01 $01114627917 204P/01 $010.1515/9783110639247 $S0 208@/01 $a09-07-20 $bl lok: 46663947 205 exp: 46663947 205 1 #EPN 201B/01 $009-07-20 $t22:58:09.051 201C/01 $009-07-20 201U/01 $0utf8 203@/01 $01114627925 204P/01 $010.1515/9783110639247 $S0 208@/01 $a09-07-20 $bl
