Dieser Verein hat seinen Sitz in Washington D.C. und hat laut der Selbstbeschreibung zum Ziel, Wissen und Informationen zur uigurischen Kultur zu sammeln, sie zu vermitteln und somit sie vor dem Verlust zu retten und dies den uigurischen Kindern im Exil und kommenden Generationen weiter zu geben. Auf dieser Webseite finden sich zahlreiche Beiträge zur uigurischen Kultur (Geschichte, Sprache und Literatur, Musik, Folklore, Religion usw.).
