Since its entry into force in 1981, the Asylum Law has been revised on numerous occasions, following a general trend toward more restrictiveness. Among the many discourses that have accompanied the politicisation of asylum, the rhetoric of the "fight against abuse" has emerged as a dominant framework of public debate, gathering a broad consensus. With few exceptions, existing scholarship on the Swiss context has remained silent on the issue. This collective and multidisciplinary book fills this gap in the literature by exploring the various forms and expressions of the discourse of abuse, as well as its impact on the production and implementation of asylum law. lok: 48313228 3 exp: 48313228 3 1 #EPN 201B/01 $004-08-21 $t23:28:01.026 201C/01 $004-08-21 201U/01 $0utf8 203@/01 $01163123617 208@/01 $a04-08-21 $bl 209S/01 $S0 $uhttps://library.oapen.org/handle/20.500.12657/47259 $XH lok: 48313228 5 exp: 48313228 5 1 #EPN 201B/01 $004-08-21 $t23:28:01.032 201C/01 $004-08-21 201U/01 $0utf8 203@/01 $01163123625 208@/01 $a04-08-21 $bl 209S/01 $S0 $uhttps://library.oapen.org/handle/20.500.12657/47259 $XH lok: 48313228 8 exp: 48313228 8 1 #EPN 201B/01 $004-08-21 $t23:28:01.037 201C/01 $004-08-21 201U/01 $0utf8 203@/01 $01163123633 208@/01 $a04-08-21 $bl 209S/01 $S0 $uhttps://library.oapen.org/handle/20.500.12657/47259 $XH lok: 48313228 10 exp: 48313228 10 1 #EPN 201B/01 $004-08-21 $t23:28:01.043 201C/01 $004-08-21 201U/01 $0utf8 203@/01 $01163123641 208@/01 $a04-08-21 $bl 209S/01 $S0 $uhttps://library.oapen.org/handle/20.500.12657/47259 $XH lok: 48313228 11 exp: 48313228 11 1 #EPN 201B/01 $004-08-21 $t23:28:01.047 201C/01 $004-08-21 201U/01 $0utf8 203@/01 $0116312365X 208@/01 $a04-08-21 $bl 209S/01 $S0 $uhttps://library.oapen.org/handle/20.500.12657/47259 $XH lok: 48313228 20 exp: 48313228 20 1 #EPN 201B/01 $004-08-21 $t23:28:01.052 201C/01 $004-08-21 201U/01 $0utf8 203@/01 $01163123668 208@/01 $a04-08-21 $bl 209S/01 $S0 $uhttps://library.oapen.org/handle/20.500.12657/47259 $XH lok: 48313228 21 exp: 48313228 21 1 #EPN 201B/01 $004-08-21 $t23:28:01.057 201C/01 $004-08-21 201U/01 $0utf8 203@/01 $01163123676 208@/01 $a04-08-21 $bl 209S/01 $S0 $uhttps://library.oapen.org/handle/20.500.12657/47259 $XH lok: 48313228 23 exp: 48313228 23 1 #EPN 201B/01 $004-08-21 $t23:28:01.062 201C/01 $004-08-21 201U/01 $0utf8 203@/01 $01163123684 208@/01 $a04-08-21 $bl 209S/01 $S0 $uhttps://library.oapen.org/handle/20.500.12657/47259 $XH lok: 48313228 24 exp: 48313228 24 1 #EPN 201B/01 $019-03-22 $t22:36:29.675 201C/01 $019-03-22 201U/01 $0utf8 203@/01 $01186826037 208@/01 $a19-03-22 $bl 209S/01 $S0 $uhttps://library.oapen.org/handle/20.500.12657/47259 $XH lok: 48313228 25 exp: 48313228 25 1 #EPN 201B/01 $004-08-21 $t23:28:01.068 201C/01 $004-08-21 201U/01 $0utf8 203@/01 $01163123692 208@/01 $a04-08-21 $bl 209S/01 $S0 $uhttps://library.oapen.org/handle/20.500.12657/47259 $XH lok: 48313228 36 exp: 48313228 36 1 #EPN 201B/01 $004-09-21 $t22:16:16.341 201C/01 $004-09-21 201U/01 $0utf8 203@/01 $0116743420X 208@/01 $a04-09-21 $bl 209S/01 $S0 $uhttps://library.oapen.org/handle/20.500.12657/47259 $XH lok: 48313228 49 exp: 48313228 49 1 #EPN 201B/01 $004-08-21 $t23:28:01.072 201C/01 $004-08-21 201U/01 $0utf8 203@/01 $01163123706 208@/01 $a04-08-21 $bl 209S/01 $S0 $uhttps://library.oapen.org/handle/20.500.12657/47259 $XH lok: 48313228 54 exp: 48313228 54 1 #EPN 201B/01 $004-08-21 $t23:28:01.078 201C/01 $004-08-21 201U/01 $0utf8 203@/01 $01163123714 208@/01 $a04-08-21 $bl 209S/01 $S0 $uhttps://library.oapen.org/handle/20.500.12657/47259 $XH lok: 48313228 69 exp: 48313228 69 1 #EPN 201B/01 $004-09-21 $t22:16:16.356 201C/01 $004-09-21 201U/01 $0utf8 203@/01 $01167434218 208@/01 $a04-09-21 $bl 209S/01 $S0 $uhttps://library.oapen.org/handle/20.500.12657/47259 $XH lok: 48313228 76 exp: 48313228 76 1 #EPN 201B/01 $004-09-21 $t22:16:16.359 201C/01 $004-09-21 201U/01 $0utf8 203@/01 $01167434226 208@/01 $a04-09-21 $bl 209S/01 $S0 $uhttps://library.oapen.org/handle/20.500.12657/47259 $XH lok: 48313228 107 exp: 48313228 107 1 #EPN 201B/01 $004-08-21 $t23:28:01.088 201C/01 $004-08-21 201U/01 $0utf8 203@/01 $01163123730 208@/01 $a04-08-21 $bl 209S/01 $S0 $uhttps://library.oapen.org/handle/20.500.12657/47259 $XH lok: 48313228 108 exp: 48313228 108 1 #EPN 201B/01 $004-08-21 $t23:28:01.094 201C/01 $004-08-21 201U/01 $0utf8 203@/01 $01163123749 208@/01 $a04-08-21 $bl 209S/01 $S0 $uhttps://library.oapen.org/handle/20.500.12657/47259 $XH lok: 48313228 204 exp: 48313228 204 1 #EPN 201B/01 $004-08-21 $t23:28:01.100 201C/01 $004-08-21 201U/01 $0utf8 203@/01 $01163123757 208@/01 $a04-08-21 $bl 209S/01 $S0 $uhttps://library.oapen.org/handle/20.500.12657/47259 $XH lok: 48313228 205 exp: 48313228 205 1 #EPN 201B/01 $004-08-21 $t23:28:01.105 201C/01 $004-08-21 201U/01 $0utf8 203@/01 $01163123765 208@/01 $a04-08-21 $bl 209S/01 $S0 $uhttps://library.oapen.org/handle/20.500.12657/47259 $XH
