Political, social and feminist theories are applied to examine restrictions imposed on women. Women authors in particular were fettered by a culture of feminisation strongly influenced by the French philosopher Jean-Jacques Rousseau. As Sentimentalism and its aesthetics began to give way to Romantic ideals, some provincial Russian women writers saw an opportunity to claim social equality, and to challenge traditional concepts of authorship and a view of women as mute and passive. lok: 48991970 3 exp: 48991970 3 1 #EPN 201B/01 $023-01-22 $t22:13:13.093 201C/01 $023-01-22 201U/01 $0utf8 203@/01 $01178422666 208@/01 $a23-01-22 $bl 209S/01 $S0 $uhttps://directory.doabooks.org/handle/20.500.12854/37700 $XH lok: 48991970 5 exp: 48991970 5 1 #EPN 201B/01 $023-01-22 $t22:13:13.102 201C/01 $023-01-22 201U/01 $0utf8 203@/01 $01178422674 208@/01 $a23-01-22 $bl 209S/01 $S0 $uhttps://directory.doabooks.org/handle/20.500.12854/37700 $XH lok: 48991970 8 exp: 48991970 8 1 #EPN 201B/01 $023-01-22 $t22:13:13.109 201C/01 $023-01-22 201U/01 $0utf8 203@/01 $01178422682 208@/01 $a23-01-22 $bl 209S/01 $S0 $uhttps://directory.doabooks.org/handle/20.500.12854/37700 $XH lok: 48991970 11 exp: 48991970 11 1 #EPN 201B/01 $023-01-22 $t22:13:13.116 201C/01 $023-01-22 201U/01 $0utf8 203@/01 $01178422690 208@/01 $a23-01-22 $bl 209S/01 $S0 $uhttps://directory.doabooks.org/handle/20.500.12854/37700 $XH lok: 48991970 21 exp: 48991970 21 1 #EPN 201B/01 $023-01-22 $t22:13:13.130 201C/01 $023-01-22 201U/01 $0utf8 203@/01 $01178422712 208@/01 $a23-01-22 $bl 209S/01 $S0 $uhttps://directory.doabooks.org/handle/20.500.12854/37700 $XH lok: 48991970 23 exp: 48991970 23 1 #EPN 201B/01 $023-01-22 $t22:13:13.137 201C/01 $023-01-22 201U/01 $0utf8 203@/01 $01178422720 208@/01 $a23-01-22 $bl 209S/01 $S0 $uhttps://directory.doabooks.org/handle/20.500.12854/37700 $XH lok: 48991970 24 exp: 48991970 24 1 #EPN 201B/01 $023-01-22 $t22:13:13.144 201C/01 $023-01-22 201U/01 $0utf8 203@/01 $01178422739 208@/01 $a23-01-22 $bl 209S/01 $S0 $uhttps://directory.doabooks.org/handle/20.500.12854/37700 $XH lok: 48991970 25 exp: 48991970 25 1 #EPN 201B/01 $023-01-22 $t22:13:13.150 201C/01 $023-01-22 201U/01 $0utf8 203@/01 $01178422747 208@/01 $a23-01-22 $bl 209S/01 $S0 $uhttps://directory.doabooks.org/handle/20.500.12854/37700 $XH lok: 48991970 204 exp: 48991970 204 1 #EPN 201B/01 $023-01-22 $t22:13:13.157 201C/01 $023-01-22 201U/01 $0utf8 203@/01 $01178422755 208@/01 $a23-01-22 $bl 209S/01 $S0 $uhttps://directory.doabooks.org/handle/20.500.12854/37700 $XH lok: 48991970 205 exp: 48991970 205 1 #EPN 201B/01 $023-01-22 $t22:13:13.163 201C/01 $023-01-22 201U/01 $0utf8 203@/01 $01178422763 208@/01 $a23-01-22 $bl 209S/01 $S0 $uhttps://directory.doabooks.org/handle/20.500.12854/37700 $XH
