The historical processes had led to interwoven but distinct cultural spheres `on the border.' Our interdisciplinary collection of essays follows several borderlines: Teresa Dalecka (University of Vilnius) discusses the Polish literature in Lithuania since 1990 and the environment that created it. Stephan Kessler (University of Greifswald) sketches a framework of narration and applies it to a story written by Maks Fraj who lives in Lithuania but is from Odessa by origin. Anna Stankeviča, Inna Dvorecka, and Jekaterina Gusakova (each from the University of Daugavpils) give an overview of Latvia's Russophone book market and analyse Vadim Vernik's formula fiction. Sergei Kruk (Stradiņš University in Rīga) discusses the Latvian concept of linguistic integration that roots in the romantic notions of social homogeneity and language as being a shibboleth for successful integration. Nicole Nau (University of Poznań) highlights four techniques for the integration of Slavic verbs and verbal derivational affixes into Latgalian, based on material from the 19th to the 21st century. Anastasija Kostiučenko (University of Greifswald), investigates how the concept of hybridity can be used to describe and better understand the language area and identity issues in Southeast Lithuania. lok: 50879846 3 exp: 50879846 3 1 #EPN 201B/01 $017-06-23 $t23:29:21.444 201C/01 $017-06-23 201U/01 $0utf8 203@/01 $01236859863 208@/01 $a17-06-23 $bl 209S/01 $S0 $uhttps://directory.doabooks.org/handle/20.500.12854/92297 $XH lok: 50879846 5 exp: 50879846 5 1 #EPN 201B/01 $017-06-23 $t23:29:21.448 201C/01 $017-06-23 201U/01 $0utf8 203@/01 $01236859871 208@/01 $a17-06-23 $bl 209S/01 $S0 $uhttps://directory.doabooks.org/handle/20.500.12854/92297 $XH lok: 50879846 8 exp: 50879846 8 1 #EPN 201B/01 $017-06-23 $t23:29:21.452 201C/01 $017-06-23 201U/01 $0utf8 203@/01 $0123685988X 208@/01 $a17-06-23 $bl 209S/01 $S0 $uhttps://directory.doabooks.org/handle/20.500.12854/92297 $XH lok: 50879846 11 exp: 50879846 11 1 #EPN 201B/01 $017-06-23 $t23:29:21.454 201C/01 $017-06-23 201U/01 $0utf8 203@/01 $01236859898 208@/01 $a17-06-23 $bl 209S/01 $S0 $uhttps://directory.doabooks.org/handle/20.500.12854/92297 $XH lok: 50879846 21 exp: 50879846 21 1 #EPN 201B/01 $017-06-23 $t23:29:21.460 201C/01 $017-06-23 201U/01 $0utf8 203@/01 $0123685991X 208@/01 $a17-06-23 $bl 209S/01 $S0 $uhttps://directory.doabooks.org/handle/20.500.12854/92297 $XH lok: 50879846 23 exp: 50879846 23 1 #EPN 201B/01 $017-06-23 $t23:29:21.463 201C/01 $017-06-23 201U/01 $0utf8 203@/01 $01236859928 208@/01 $a17-06-23 $bl 209S/01 $S0 $uhttps://directory.doabooks.org/handle/20.500.12854/92297 $XH lok: 50879846 24 exp: 50879846 24 1 #EPN 201B/01 $017-06-23 $t23:29:21.467 201C/01 $017-06-23 201U/01 $0utf8 203@/01 $01236859936 208@/01 $a17-06-23 $bl 209S/01 $S0 $uhttps://directory.doabooks.org/handle/20.500.12854/92297 $XH lok: 50879846 25 exp: 50879846 25 1 #EPN 201B/01 $017-06-23 $t23:29:21.470 201C/01 $017-06-23 201U/01 $0utf8 203@/01 $01236859944 208@/01 $a17-06-23 $bl 209S/01 $S0 $uhttps://directory.doabooks.org/handle/20.500.12854/92297 $XH lok: 50879846 49 exp: 50879846 49 1 #EPN 201B/01 $017-06-23 $t23:29:21.473 201C/01 $017-06-23 201U/01 $0utf8 203@/01 $01236859952 208@/01 $a17-06-23 $bl 209S/01 $S0 $uhttps://directory.doabooks.org/handle/20.500.12854/92297 $XH lok: 50879846 58 exp: 50879846 58 1 #EPN 201B/01 $017-06-23 $t23:29:21.476 201C/01 $017-06-23 201U/01 $0utf8 203@/01 $01236859960 208@/01 $a17-06-23 $bl 209S/01 $S0 $uhttps://directory.doabooks.org/handle/20.500.12854/92297 $XH lok: 50879846 204 exp: 50879846 204 1 #EPN 201B/01 $017-06-23 $t23:29:21.478 201C/01 $017-06-23 201U/01 $0utf8 203@/01 $01236859979 208@/01 $a17-06-23 $bl 209S/01 $S0 $uhttps://directory.doabooks.org/handle/20.500.12854/92297 $XH lok: 50879846 205 exp: 50879846 205 1 #EPN 201B/01 $017-06-23 $t23:29:21.481 201C/01 $017-06-23 201U/01 $0utf8 203@/01 $01236859987 208@/01 $a17-06-23 $bl 209S/01 $S0 $uhttps://directory.doabooks.org/handle/20.500.12854/92297 $XH
