047I    $a[Dt.:] Die UB Heidelberg erweitert mit dem „Heidelberg Accession Index (HAI): Zugangsbücher und Bestandsverzeichnisse deutscher Sammlungen und Museen” ihr Angebot "German Sales". Die dort eröffnete Forschungsperspektive auf kommerzielle Auktions- und Verkaufskataloge wird nun um den Blick auf die institutionelle Dokumentation und die Erwerbungsstrategien öffentlicher Sammlungen und Museen ergänzt. Damit soll ein wesentlicher Beitrag zu einer umfassenden Erschließung der Provenienzen von Kunstwerken, von Sammlungsbeständen und Akteuren auf dem Gebiet der Bundesrepublik Deutschland und darüber hinaus geleistet werden. Die digitale Verfügbarmachung erleichtert die kollaborative Auswertung der Informationen aus den verschiedenen transdisziplinären Perspektiven. Ausgangspunkt für das noch im Aufbau befindliche Angebot – das einen möglichst breiten Nachweis digital verfügbarer Zugangsbücher und Bestandsverzeichnisse deutscher Sammlungen und Museen anstrebt – bilden die rund 1.000 Erwerbungsbücher der Staatlichen Museen zu Berlin (SMB) aus den Jahren 1650 bis 2010. Sie sind bis heute der Bestandsnachweis ihrer 15 Sammlungen und spiegeln die wechselvolle Geschichte der Berliner Museen, ihrer Bestände und deren Aufbau wider. Ergänzt werden die Berliner Erwerbungsbücher um zahlreiche Inventarbücher z.B. des LVR-LandesMuseum Bonn, der Staatlichen Kunstsammlungen Dresden, des Städtischen Museums Göttingen, der Staatsgalerie Stuttgart, der Bibliothek des Germanischen Nationalmuseums, des Badischen Landesmuseums Karlsruhe und der Universität Heidelberg. Weitere Bestände sind in Vorbereitung. Anders als bei den Kunsthandelskatalogen von "German Sales" handelt es sich bei dem über HAI präsentierten Material nicht um gedruckte Texte, sondern weit überwiegend um handschriftliche Quellen. Eine – mit Hilfe von Texterkennungssoftware (OCR) erzeugte – übergreifende Volltextsuche in den Inventar- und Erwerbungsbüchern ist deshalb aktuell noch nicht möglich. Die hier angebotene Suchmaske ermöglicht aktuell deshalb nur eine Recherche in den erfassten Metadaten und Strukturdaten (Inhaltsverzeichnisse). - [Engl.:] Heidelberg University Library is expanding its ‘German Sales’ service with the ‘Heidelberg Accession Index (HAI): accession books and inventories of German collections and museums’. The research perspective opened up there on commercial auction and sales catalogues is now being expanded to include a view of institutional documentation and the acquisition strategies of public collections and museums. The goal is to make a significant contribution to a comprehensive investigation of the provenance of artworks, collections and actors in the territory of the Federal Republic of Germany and beyond. Making the information available in digital form facilitates collaborative analysis of the information from various transdisciplinary perspectives. The starting point for the new service, which is still under construction and aims to provide the broadest possible coverage of digitally available access books and inventories of German collections and museums, are the approximately 1,000 acquisition books of the Staatliche Museen zu Berlin (SMB) from the years 1650 to 2010. They are still used today to document the holdings of the SMB‘s 15 collections and reflect the eventful history of Berlin's museums, their holdings and their development. The Berlin acquisition books are supplemented by numerous inventory books, e.g. from the LVR-LandesMuseum Bonn, the Staatliche Kunstsammlungen Dresden, the Städtisches Museum Göttingen, the Staatsgalerie Stuttgart, the library of the Germanisches Nationalmuseum, the Badisches Landesmuseum Karlsruhe and the University of Heidelberg. Further holdings are in preparation. Unlike the art trade catalogues of ‘German Sales’, the material presented via HAI does not consist of printed text, but predominantly handwritten sources. A comprehensive full-text search of the inventory and acquisition books – generated with the help of text recognition software (OCR) – is therefore not yet possible. The search mask provided here currently only allows searches in the metadata and structural data (tables of contents) that have been entered.
